Situation:

Our longhouse is located by the pound where you will be able to relax and enjoy the nature

for the week end or vacations.

Whether it be wandering, long walk in the close by vineyard, or tastings at wineries, you will find many pleasant activities near by.

Location: Near by you will find La Charite-Sur-Loire, a charming little town by the Loire river with its UNESCO classified abbey. Pouilly-Sur-Loire and Sancerre, 5km and 8km respectively, will offer you the opportunity to discover the local wine regions and have a taste of the well-known Sancerre and Pouilly-Fume wines.

Access: Exit 24 on the highway A77 (autoroute A77), 2 hours and 30 minutes from Paris, 50km from Nevers and Bourges

​

Local activities: horse riding, karting and paint-ball (3km), golfing at Golf du Sancerrois (6km), cyclorail (15km), tree-climbing park safe for children (38km).

The longhouse, 12 persons:

​

120 m² (1290 ft²): six bedrooms with 2 one person beds, and a pull-out sofa in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with showers and toilets.

​

Equipment: tv, wifi, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, stove.

 

Rate: €400/weekend - €600/week

​

Deposit: €300 when you send the rent contract. A week after your departure, the deposit check will be mailed back to your address or destroyed, depending on your decision.
