We exclusively produce white wine from 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

 

Terroir : Clay & Limestone

Average age of the vineyard : 3-4 years

Yields: 65 hl / ha

Vineyard practice : Sustainable farming

Harvest: mechanical after strict control of the grape maturity


Vinification : vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 8 months

Bottling : at the winery year round


Matching very well with seafood, lobster, fish or white meat and cheeses.

Aging: present - 2 to 4 years after bottling
